Laura Gaines

Laura brings more than a decade of experience in administrative leadership, finance, and operations across nonprofit and small business settings. A former educator, she previously taught Spanish at Tri-County Early College, a project-based early college high school serving students in WNC. At Open Way Learning, she oversees budgeting, grant administration, and the financial and operational systems that sustain the organization’s national work with schools and communities.

Laura holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Management) and is an alum of Georgia State University, summa cum laude.
